In school, a grade of 4 is enough to avoid failing a grade. Not so for the CertiQua quality label: the bar is set much higher here. Only companies rated "very good" by their customers receive the label.

Oscar Bernet AG, based in Uznach, has now achieved this rating. This places it among the best in the industry and allows it to now display the CertiQua quality label "excellent by customers."

CertiQua's goal is to provide private and business customers with information about the best-qualified companies in their area. Therefore, it's not enough for a company to earn the quality label once. As a neutral organization, CertiQua continuously monitors whether customers remain satisfied.

This ensures that the companies' performance is assessed based on genuine customer feedback. Depending on the industry, the survey focuses on factors such as adherence to deadlines, competence, customer focus, workplace cleanliness, and value for money.
