Gentle final construction and deep cleaner. Strong solvent power for removing construction dirt as well as residues of wax, cleaning agents, self-gloss dispersions, and adhesive residues. Slightly alkaline.
Product description
A gentle deep cleaner with strong solvent power and a low alkalinity that protects materials. A universal deep cleaner for all floor coverings. For removing dirt, wax, cleaning products, maintenance films, adhesive residue, and construction soiling during post-construction cleanup.

− PVC / LVT with firm bonding to the substrate.
− Linoleum
− Epoxy leveling coatings / PU leveling coatings
− Rubber
− Floors sealed with varnish. / Sealed wooden floors
− Stone floors.
The suitability for floating flooring is questionable due to the process and the water used.
Before application, the substrate must be tested for color and material fastness in an inconspicuous area.
Application
Tape off adjacent surfaces and protect them from getting wet.
Dosage: Initial recommendation: Dilute 1:5 with water, or undiluted or 1:10 as required.
Apply a generous amount of cleaning solution using a mop. A 10-minute contact time is recommended. Work the surface thoroughly and intensively and slowly using a scrubber, pad master, or single-disc machine with a suitable pad or grit brush. Do not allow the cleaning solution to dry on the floor during the cleaning process; work in sections. Vacuum up the dirty solution. Repeat the process if necessary.
Rinse with clean water and a pad master or single-disc machine to completely remove any cleaning residue. Vacuum the neutralizing solution and allow it to dry thoroughly.
The cleaning result must be assessed by a professional. Dirt, care products, and other residues that could compromise adhesion must be removed. The treatment or sealing is applied after the surface has completely dried.
consumption
Basic cleaning: 10 m²/l undiluted up to 50 m²/l at a dilution of 1:5, with a wiping solution application of 100 ml/m².
