Parquet & Cork Gloss
For the care of all waterproof sealed parquet and cork floors. It maintains and protects the floor with a matte protective film against scratches and wear marks.
Product description
Dispersion care product. Special water-based polymer coating. For the initial care and refreshment of thoroughly cleaned or post-construction cleaned non-absorbent floors. Especially suitable for sealed wooden floors. For use in residential and commercial areas.
− Protects the floor from abrasion and the wood from water.
− Reduces dirt adhesion and maintenance effort.
− Facilitates maintenance cleaning.
− Gives new appeal to old and dull floors.
− Wax-containing polymer dispersion, without zinc, without TBEP.
Floor surfaces are subject to natural wear and tear depending on the level of use. For absorbent surfaces like wood, regular maintenance is essential to maintain their value and prevent damage. If the surface has become damaged down to the wood through use, it must be sanded and resealed or oiled to restore it.
Please refer to our flooring and property-specific care instructions at www.dr-schutz.com.
Application
Clean the floor thoroughly before use. We recommend using a green pad and parquet and cork cleaner.
Shake well. Apply undiluted at a temperature of at least 15°C using the Dr. Schutz Wischwiesel or Dr. Schutz Profi Wischmop in an even, thin film to the final-cleaned or thoroughly cleaned and dried surface in the direction of installation. For increased protection, repeat the application when the protective film is firm to touch.
Notes
− Avoid strong sunlight and drafts when applying.
− Turn off the underfloor heating in good time beforehand.
− Worn, dirty or damaged care layers should be removed regularly by intensive deep cleaning.
We recommend: Intensive Cleaner for Parquet & Cork, Basic Cleaner R / Clean&Strip. The floor's protection is maintained if it is re-treated after a thorough cleaning.
The care cycle depends on the degree of stress.
Floors with low wear (e.g. in living rooms and bedrooms, offices without public access) should be cleaned approximately 1 to 2 times a year as required.
Floors subject to moderate wear (e.g. in corridors, on stairs, in offices with public access) should be cleaned approximately every 3 to 6 months as needed; areas subject to greater wear should be cleaned more frequently.
Heavily used floors (e.g. in restaurants, shops, department stores, schools or in the case of dance floors) every 4 to 8 weeks, particularly heavily used areas more frequently.
