Share Pomelozzini® - versatile contribution to health through fermented fruits
We make our exclusive SharePomelozzini® pralines from hand-picked, natural grapefruits (pomelo, UR citrus fruits). The whole fruits are first shredded and then fermented in their own juice for 30 months.
For this we use the same mother ferment as for our popular ShareOriginal® plums.
After this complex fermentation process, we hand-form small chocolates that delight with their fruity, bitter flavor. The slight bitterness comes from the essential oils and the albedo (white flesh) of the grapefruit, creating this unique aroma.
