iLifeSOMM - Relaxation & Stress Relief

In the method used in the iLifeSOMM system, passive perception of music (receptive music therapy), a specific effect can be achieved through the targeted use of music. Specially composed music allows the body to relax deeply and serves to restore, maintain, and promote mental, physical, and spiritual health.

Massage, in the broadest sense, is one of humanity's oldest healing methods. The positive effects of massage have been proven in various clinical tests and studies and are therefore scientifically recognized. The micromassage area of ​​the iLifeSOMM system extends from localized areas of the body to the entire organism, including the psyche.

Tones and sounds specially calculated for the iLifeSOMM application as well as specially composed music with predefined frequency components cause all or desired individual areas of the body to resonate, according to the law of resonance.

A computer-controlled multi-channel system controls three actuators (sound exciters) that transmit gentle micro-vibrations via precisely calculated resonance bodies in the treatment couch in the infra-, audible- and ultrasonic ranges by means of sound, tone and music inputs.

The totality of these individual procedures, which are perfectly coordinated by octaves, i.e. halving or doubling the individual frequencies and vibration patterns in the iLifeSOMM, can lead to a relaxation response of the entire organism within just a few minutes.

Since the human body consists of at least 70% fluid, optimal conditions for vibrational transmission exist. The gentle vibrations of the iLifeSOMM system set each of the approximately 70 trillion cells in the entire body into vibration, acting as amplifiers for barely audible but intensely perceptible frequencies. This can, among other things, loosen physical tension and cramps and release energetic blockages.

The iLifeSOMM system utilizes the world's most widely used and successful magnetic resonance technique, developed in the 1990s by a team of physicians, biologists, and physicists led by Andreas Guenther. A magnetic field generator in the iLifeSOMM system uses specific frequency beams (mirrored sawtooth pulses) modeled on nature to generate a low-frequency, low-energy electromagnetic field, which is gently transmitted to the organism via intelligent surface-wound coil technology.

Far-infrared heat rays (FIR), with a wave frequency of 7-15 micrometers (µm), are a small fraction of natural sunlight, which exactly corresponds to the heat radiation of the human body.
