Share Original Plum - The secret is fermentation
Our Share Original® plums are allowed to grow wild in a 150 km² bee sanctuary in Southeast Asia and are hand-picked. We then ferment the "Prunus mume" plums in their own juice for at least 30 months.
The recipe for this processing has been a closely guarded secret for decades. Our Share® Original plums are then coated with high-quality spices (mulberry fruit, yerba mate, natural carotene extract).
Each plum is packaged airtight, allowing a further fermentation process to take place inside the packaging. Fermentation is one of the oldest methods of preservation. Fermented foods are rich in probiotic bacteria, the very bacteria essential for a balanced intestinal flora.

We produce our exclusive Share® Pomelozzini® pralines from hand-picked, natural grapefruits (pomelo, UR citrus fruits).
The whole fruits are first shredded and then fermented in their own juice for 30 months. We use the same mother ferment as for our popular SHARE® Original plums.
After this complex fermentation process, we hand-form small chocolates that delight with their fruity-bitter taste.
The slight bitterness comes from the essential oils and the albedo (the white flesh) of the grapefruit and is particularly good for the body.
